Dawn Landon, J.D.
Dawn Landon, a member of the Iowa Bar Association and Co-President of the 4th District Bar Association, has been practicing law for 22 years, specializing in divorce, custody, guardianships, wills, and adoptions. With four years of experience as a defense attorney, she currently serves part-time as Deputy County Attorney with the Mills County Attorney’s office. Her extensive career includes 16.5 years as a Pottawattamie County Attorney, where she prosecuted child abuse cases and represented the State of Iowa in DHS cases and truancy matters.
In addition to her legal practice, Dawn Landon holds leadership roles in various organizations. She serves as Board President for Firefly, Inc., on the Board of Directors for Children’s Square, on the Steering Committee for Heartland Family Service, and as a Teammates mentor in the Glenwood School District.
