DeShawne Bird-Sell, J.D.
DeShawne is a at Sell Law, PLC and an active trial lawyer at the Iowa based litigation firm. Her practice focuses on plaintiffs’ litigation including matters involving business disputes, property rights, probate and family law. She has tried more jury cases to verdict as lead counsel in state court. She has also argued numerous appellate cases in the Iowa Court of Appeals and the Iowa Supreme Court.
Since 2003, DeShawne has been a regular speaker to the Southwest Iowa Lawyers League on recent developments in Iowa law.
